1 - 1st couple moves down through the inside of the set (through the middle) and around the 2nd couple and go back into place

2 - 2nd couple moves up through the inside of the set (through the middle) and around the 1st couple and go back into place

3 - 2nd woman and 1st man cross (switch places)

4 - 1st woman and 2nd man cross (switch places)

5 - 1st and 2nd couples all take hands and circle half way

6 - circle is broken by a cloverleaf turn and each person goes into place (so when you are in the circle of 4 people, look at your partner and break the link with their hand with your body, and do a small turn single in that same direction so you're back in place)

7 - 1st and 2nd couple do a back to back (1st couple moves on the inside and 2nd couple moves on the outside)

8 - 3 changes of rights and lefts to get to proper position progressed
